Originating in the Hawaiian Islands, stand up paddleboarding (SUPing) is one of the  fastest growing watersports in the world. St Andrews, Scotland is an ideal location to discover this fun and exhilarating experience. 

Using a one-bladed paddle and standing on a specially designed longer and wider surfboard, you will soon master the technique required under the instruction of one of our team.

Explore the scenic coastline of old St Andrews from the water watching out for seals and checking out the crabs and lobsters in the rock pools. You are provided with all equipment including wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet.
