The perfect experience for beginners looking for an introduction to surfing, or catching a quick surfing fix!

At the new Blown Away Surf School, we aim to deliver fun, professional and informative lessons whilst introducing all of the skills and techniques required to surf the St.Andrew’s waves with confidence and style.

If you are catching the waves for the first time, you are guaranteed to have a swell time learning basic board control, negotiating the surf, paddling and how to adopt the correct positioning.

If you have already surfed, then we will use this session to build on more advanced techniques, including paddling, turning and reading the ocean.

Be assured you will not get “bored” and you will have “barrels” of fun with Blown Away!
And remember the best ride of your life is still out there!

What to Wear / Equipment

We provide safety gear including;

Wetsuit
Gloves, hood and boots when necessary
Surf board and leash.

Dress appropriately for the weather - Bring Swimsuit and a towel #remembersparepants
