Join us for a day of surfing, lunch, yoga, relaxation, massage and a campfire and return home feeling revitalised, balanced, and connected to nature. This intimate session is for 8 people so you can expect lots of expert tuition. The day will run from 10am-4pm.
Welcome: Meet us at the beach and enjoy a cup of herbal tea.
Invigorating Surf Session: Our experienced surf instructor Catherine will guide you through an exhilarating morning surf session tailored to all levels, from beginners catching their first waves to seasoned surfers honing their skills. Feel the thrill of riding the waves and the joy of being at one with the sea.
Nutritious lunch: Our friends at Dook cafe will be providing a delicious lunch for you to enjoy after your surf session, ensuring you are refuelled and energised for the rest of the day.
Relaxing beach stroll: After lunch enjoy a leisurely walk on the beach exploring the beautiful surroundings.
Yoga and relaxation session: Unwind with a rejuvenating yoga class on the beach. Our experienced yoga teacher Jana will lead you through a series of poses and stretches designed to complement your surfing practice, enhance your flexibility, and bring a sense of calm and balance to your mind and body. The sound of the waves and the fresh air will deepen your connection to nature and yourself. The yoga session will finish with a relaxation and a head massage taster. Our qualified massage therapist Jen will use gentle techniques to relieve tension and promote relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. This serene ending to your day will help you internalise the peace and joy you’ve cultivated, preparing you to take that calmness with you into your everyday life.
End of retreat: We will round up the day with a beach camp fire, strawberries and herbal tea to celebrate the Strawberry Full moon.
Included in the day is your Surf board, wetsuit, yoga mat and lunch.
What to bring

3. Sun cream (the sun is always shining in St Andrews!)
4. Warm clothes plus comfortable clothes for your Yoga session. A Jacket for the beach walk.

Please take into consideration the weather, all of our sessions are weather dependant. We take what we get and we don't get upset!
We usually manage to make the most of what the weather gods give us! If it is too flat and there are no waves, we will go kayaking or Paddle Boarding on a dreamy coastal adventure instead of surfing.
